Refund Policy

At BLUSTREAM MARKETING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Blustream,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital marketing, creative services, and strategy execution, once work has commenced or third-party commitments have been made, refunds are generally not possible.

This Refund Policy explains the limited circumstances under which a refund may be applicable, the process for requesting refunds, and exclusions.

1. Services Not Eligible for Refund

The following categories are strictly non-refundable:

  1. Consultations & Strategic Services

     

    • Discovery workshops, audits, strategic direction, and consulting retainers.

       

    • These services involve time, expertise, and intellectual capital that cannot be reversed once delivered.

       

  2. Creative & Development Services

     

    • Branding, creative design, graphic work, content creation, video production, motion graphics, website/app development, and other deliverables once drafts or outputs have been shared.

       

    • Costs incurred for ideation, design, revisions, and development are non-refundable.

       

  3. Ongoing Retainer Services

     

    • Monthly/quarterly retainers covering services such as:

       

      • Social media management and content creation.

         

      • SEO, SEM, performance marketing.

         

      • Paid campaign execution, reporting, and analytics.

         

    • Retainer cycles begin once work has started for that billing period.

       

  4. Third-Party Costs
    Any expense incurred on behalf of the Client is non-refundable, including but not limited to:

     

    • Advertising spends (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic DSPs, etc.).

       

    • Media budgets and influencer payouts.

       

    • Third-party software/tools/licenses (hosting, domains, plugins, analytics tools, CRMs).

       

    • Stock photography, music, video, and font licenses.

       

  5. PPC/Media Spend via Gateways

     

    • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) services and media spends cannot be paid for online using Blustream’s payment gateways.

       

    • All PPC/media budgets must be:
      (i) Pre-funded directly by the Client into advertising platforms, OR
      (ii) Invoiced separately by Blustream and paid via bank transfer or approved offline mode.

       

    • Any mistaken PPC payments made via gateways will not qualify as refundable.

2. Services Eligible for Refund

  • Refunds may only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

    • Duplicate Payments – If a client accidentally makes the same payment more than once for a single invoice.

    • Payment Errors – If a transaction was processed incorrectly (e.g., unauthorized debit, billing error), and no services have been initiated.

    Advance Payments for Non-Commenced Work – If Blustream is unable to commence a project after advance payment, such advances will be refunded (in part or full) after deducting any administrative/processing costs.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund:

    1. Submit a written request to info@blustream.in within 7 calendar days of payment.

    2. Include the following:

      • Payment receipt/transaction reference.

      • Invoice number and service description.

      • Detailed reason for requesting a refund.

    3. Blustream will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.

    4. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

    5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

    6. Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    7. Administrative or bank processing fees may be deducted, if applicable.

4. No Refund Situations

  • Refunds will not be entertained if:

    • The Client changes their mind after purchase/engagement.

    • Work has already commenced and resources have been allocated.

    • The Client delays in providing content, approvals, or access, which affects project timelines.

    • Campaign performance does not meet subjective expectations (as digital results are influenced by external factors beyond Blustream’s control).

Cancellation Policy

  • At Blustream, we value flexibility but must also ensure fairness. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations may be requested and processed.

1. Project-Based Services

  • Once a project has commenced (creative design, web/app development, campaign execution, video production, etc.), cancellations are not eligible for refunds of any advance paid.

  • If a cancellation is requested before commencement of work, only the unutilized portion of advance fees may be refunded, subject to:

    • Administrative deductions of up to 10% of project value.

    • Deduction of any costs already incurred.

  • Deliverables in progress will be billed proportionally for the stage completed up to cancellation.

2. Retainer Services

  • Retainer agreements (monthly/quarterly/annual) require a minimum of 30 days’ prior written notice for cancellation.

  • All services delivered within the notice period will be billed.

Pre-paid retainers and advance fees are non-refundable.

3. Third-Party Costs

  • All third-party expenses (e.g., ad spends, hosting, software, licenses, influencer payouts, production costs) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once committed or paid.
  • Important: PPC/media budgets cannot be paid through Blustream’s online payment gateways. Clients must either (i) fund ad platforms directly or (ii) settle media invoices via offline transfer.

4. Termination by Blustream

Blustream reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate services immediately (with written notice) in cases of:

  • Non-payment of dues.

  • Breach of Terms & Conditions.

  • Unlawful activity or misuse of services.

  • Misrepresentation of Client data, materials, or objectives.

  • Force majeure events (government restrictions, platform outages, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).

Refunds (if any) in such situations will be processed at Blustream’s sole discretion and limited to unutilized funds not already committed.

5. Process for Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@blustream.in.

  • The effective date of cancellation will be the date Blustream acknowledges the request in writing.

  • Any outstanding invoices must be cleared immediately upon cancellation.
