The brief
The brand had little digital presence or recall, a high price point in a value-sensitive market, and the trust challenge inherent in perishable, direct-to-door delivery.
What we saw
Transparency sells in wellness. Visuals of the farmers, the founders, and the food itself build far more trust than polished product shots alone.
The work
We overhauled the website and UX around a storytelling-first approach — founder journey, farm-to-fork transparency, seasonal produce narrative — and integrated blog and video. A monthly content calendar and the "Real Food. Real People." campaign carried behind-the-scenes farm life across Instagram reels and statics.
